Reserve the Virtual Reality (VR) Room
Location: CWE 219 (2nd floor)
If this is your first time using a VR headset, you need to complete the SAFETY TUTORIAL [opens a new window] before using the lab.
- Use the Calendar below to click the timeslot you would like to reserve.
- Click Week View, then Next Available to see what slots are open.
- NOTE: Online bookings need to be made at least 8 hours in advance. To inquire about immediate or same-day use, stop by or call the Reference Desk at (252) 493-7360.
- You are allowed to schedule 2 hours per day and no more than 4 hours per week.
