Presenter: Dr. Andrea Crowley
Dr. Andrea Crowley serves as Executive Director of the North Carolina Student Success Center, where she leads statewide strategies that align teaching, learning, and workforce systems to promote student success and economic mobility. She has guided the development of innovative frameworks and models that connect classroom learning with workforce readiness, including efforts in guided pathways, future-of-work preparation, and AI skill integration. Known for her collaborative, student-centered leadership, she works closely with faculty and staff across all 58 community colleges to strengthen course design, professional development, and equitable outcomes for students.
